Eurotank has completed a programme of repumps for Motor Fuel Group, giving 16 Morrisons sites a new lease of life.
Each project varied slightly in scope with some forecourts needing more groundworks such as island rebuilds than others.
Stuart Lynch, Major Projects Manager of Infrastructure at MFG, said: “The projects were carefully phased so our forecourts could remain open throughout, which was very important to us as a business.
“There was very little disruption to our customers and the pumps have really given these sites a new lease of life. The addition of a third grade of fuel will also help us attract more customers in the long term.
“Communication from the Eurotank team was fantastic and ensured each project ran as efficiently as possible.”
To keep the forecourt trading throughout the repumps, Eurotank set up a safe work area to partition off half of the pumps. Once complete, the team moved onto the second half of the repump.
