When a new customer enquired about tank cleaning and lining, Eurotank’s Contracts Manager Ashley Bithell went out to survey but advised an alternative approach that would ultimately save the customer a lot of money.
Ashley found the tank manholes needed replacing to ensure water tightness and the tank’s monitoring system wasn’t working, identifying that this should be the first step rather than invest in a full tank lining system.
Alex Griffiths, Director of W&CA Griffiths, which operates Griffiths Garage in Leintwardine, Herefordshire, said: “Our tanks are reaching design age and as a solo operator in a sensitive location, it’s the sort of thing that keeps me awake at times.

Eurotank Installations was the first to attend to replace the tank manholes and lay fresh concrete surrounds, followed by Europump to get the leak alarm working and clean the tank chambers.
