Our site managers have developed all the skills required to lead a team of engineers working on complex projects along with excellent communications skills to liaise with customers and our office-based personnel.
There are a variety of office-based managerial positions at Eurotank Service Group and the majority of these are filled internally, providing a level of career progression for our employees.
Operations Managers work for one of our three divisions – Eurotank Environmental, Eurotank Installations or Europump Maintenance – and work closely with our engineers in the field, overseeing all operations. These roles usually have an element of on-site working, supporting and managing teams in the field.
Opportunities for other office-based managerial roles such as Sales Manager or Finance Manager may become available in the future.
